This policy explains what personal information Style Me Up ("we", "us") collects when you use our website, why, and what choices you have. We are a sole proprietorship based at Nakki Lake Market, Mount Abu, Rajasthan - 307501, India (GSTIN 08HAXPS8576P1ZV), owned by Angad Singh Sachdeva.

What we collect

When you place an order or create an account (handled through Shopify, our store platform): your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, order history, and the contents of your orders.

Payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.

Your wishlist. If you're not signed in, your wishlist stays on your own device. If you're signed in, it is saved to your account so it follows you between devices.

Exchange requests. If you request an exchange, we keep the order number and the reason you give us, and email them to our team so we can help you.

Contact. If you email us, we keep the message and your email address so we can reply.

Technical and usage information. With your permission only, we use cookies and similar tools to understand how the site is used (Google Analytics) and to measure our advertising (Meta Pixel). These load only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Error monitoring. We use Sentry to find and fix errors on the site. Reports contain technical details such as the page type, browser and error message. We configure it not to send cookies, IP addresses or full page addresses.

Instagram. The home page may show our latest Instagram posts. Loading those images connects your browser to Instagram's servers.

Essential cookies

We use a small number of cookies that the site needs to work: to remember your bag, keep you signed in, and remember your cookie choice. These do not need consent.

Why we use your information

• To take, deliver and support your orders (necessary to perform our contract with you).
• To run your account and wishlist.
• To respond to your messages and exchange requests.
• To improve the site and measure advertising, only with your consent.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Shopify, which hosts our store, accounts and checkout.
• Razorpay, our payment gateway.
• Shiprocket and the courier partners it uses to deliver your order (they receive your name, address and phone number).
• Analytics and advertising providers (Google, Meta), only if you consent.
• Service providers that host our website and monitor errors (Amazon Web Services, Sentry).
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Where your information is stored

Our providers may process information on servers outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements (up to 8 years for tax records). Wishlist data is kept until you remove it or close your account.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw a consent you gave, by emailing support@stylemeup.in. You can change your cookie choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer. We'll respond within 30 days. Some information must be kept if the law requires it.

Children

Our website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Security

We rely on Shopify's secure checkout and take reasonable steps to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
