Where we deliver

We currently deliver across India. Orders are priced in Indian rupees (INR).

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders over ₹5,000.
• Below ₹5,000: a flat rate of ₹99 applies across India.
• The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer.
• These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of weather, festivals, courier issues or events outside our control.

How we ship

We ship through Shiprocket and its courier partners. When your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. To deliver your order, we share your name, address and phone number with Shiprocket and the courier.

Cash on delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders above ₹1,000, at no extra fee.

Your address

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully. We can't be responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away at support@stylemeup.in or on WhatsApp (+91 93520 31273); we'll try to correct it before dispatch, but can't once the parcel has shipped.

Failed deliveries

If the courier can't deliver (for example nobody is available or the address can't be found), they will usually try again. If the parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing or wrong, email support@stylemeup.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we'll replace it.

Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel your order before it's dispatched by emailing support@stylemeup.in or messaging us on WhatsApp (+91 93520 31273) with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can't be cancelled.

Exchanges

We don't accept returns. Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery; see our Returns & exchanges policy.
