These terms apply when you browse or buy from this website. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the website

• Anyone can browse and shop on this site. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should be involved in placing your order, since only an adult can enter into a legally binding purchase.
• Give accurate information when you order or create an account, and keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, no unlawful use, and no false orders or reviews.

Products and prices

• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens, and prints and patterns can vary slightly from piece to piece.
• Sizes are described on each product page: Free Size is S to XXL and Plus Size is 3XL to 7XL. Other products with more sizes will be updated soon. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.
• Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. Any shipping charge is shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown when you place the order.
• If we discover a pricing or stock error after you order, we may cancel that order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it (or dispatch it). We may decline or cancel an order, for example for stock, pricing or suspected fraud, and refund any payment taken.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, and we accept UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders above ₹1,000. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
• Discount codes are single-use or limited as stated when issued, and can't be combined with other offers unless stated.

Delivery, exchanges and no returns

• Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy.
• We do not accept returns. Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, as set out in our Returns & exchanges policy.
• This doesn't limit any rights you have under Indian consumer law, including for goods that are damaged, defective or not as described.

Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review or send us content, you confirm it's honest and yours to share, and you allow us to display it on our website and social channels (usually with your first name and last initial). We may remove content that's abusive, misleading or unlawful. Reviews are collected through Judge.me.

Intellectual property

The website, brand name, logo, photographs, prints and designs belong to Style Me Up or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example courier delays, network outages or natural events). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under consumer protection law.

How we use your information is explained in our Privacy policy.

Complaints

Contact us first at support@stylemeup.in. If you're not satisfied, write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@stylemeup.in. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sirohi, Rajasthan.
